What is a credit pulling service?

When a banker, Realtor, Car Dealer, Insurance Company, or Creditor view your credit they use a pulling service. Pulling services are third parties acting as the middle man between the Credit Bureaus and the lender. The pulling service uses the information Experian, Trans Union, and Equifax gather to merge them together and present them to your lender. Your lender pays them a fee for this service and then evaluates your risk level to make a decision.
