One of the joys of my mornings on Saturday is to listen to your radio show and learn more about real estate and related topics. Currently we are trying to sell our home here in Glen Cove.
I always find your topics and guest speakers quite interesting and always come away with some great tip or help in some way.
About a year ago I had an issue with a utility company that made quite an impact on my credit reports and score. I tried to no avail to get this removed but was met with barriers of all kinds. That was until I heard Ms. Tracy Becker on your show. With so many crazy advertisements heard on TV and Radio all the time to help your repair this and fix that, your show along with Tracy's commentary on credit repair was enough for me.
I immediately called her office and signed up to get the help I needed. I was met with courtesy, intelligence and most of all a deep concern to help me. In fact, Tracy talked to me on most occasions to assure me and guide me through the process of fixing my credit.
I am happy to report that just in a few months, her team turned my difficult situation to now having a complete removal of the negative action from this utility.
As you mention all the time, good credit is so vital to the sale of your home and moving on.
I will continue to be an avid listener of your show and would hope you make Ms. Becker a continued part of it.

My wife and I are selling our house here on the North Shore with plans to move to Raleigh, but in making this move of course we want our credit to be perfect. So it was with great relief from all those fraudulent commercials for credit repair I always hear to find Ms. Tracy Becker on your program to talk about how to fix a report or error.

After rapid rescore, the item is deleted and the Experian score came back as 736!!!!!
Trans Union is 761 and Equifax is 705!!!!! We went from mid 500's to mid 700's. So, they cleared me to close without any mortgage insurance with only 15% down. :-)

It has been my dream to purchase a home for 20 years. I was beginning to think that the all American Dream was an impossible task for me to achieve, and that it was just a dream. Due to poor financial choices I made in my twenties, which continued to plague me in my thirties, and led to bankruptcy. I felt that I would never recover from my debt, nor have good credit. Years passed, and despite paying my bills on time and earning over $100,000 a year, my negative credit history would not improve and my credit scores were in the low 500's.
I was very discouraged and almost gave up on owning a home. Tired of paying high rent for the past 10 years, I continued my quest for homeownership and tried to look for houses with owner financing or rent with the option to buy. I was willing to try anything. Many deals came and went, were either homes in need of a lot of repairs or had extremely high interest rate. Others required a good credit score, or I didn't qualify for owner financing.
Everything changed the day I saw my dream home on line and decided on a hunch to go see it. It was a beautiful brand new 4,000 sq ft, 5 bedroom, 4 bath home and way beyond my expectations. When I met the seller, I was overjoyed when I found out he was willing to do owner financing, at a 6.5 interest rate. Meeting the seller was a God send. He was genuinely a good person that was willing to take a risk despite my bad credit history. We began working on acquiring financing through private sources. The terms of the contract was that I would be financed for a period of 2 years and then I was required to obtain my own mortgage. That was scary knowing my past credit history. I was nervous given my credit score, felt insecure that I would not be able to get my own mortgage, especially since waiting for our deal to be solidified took longer than I expected.
Then, this past January, the seller called and told me about North Shore Advisory Credit Restoration Company, and asked me to call Cynthia as soon as possible to see how she can help me restore my credit. I called Cynthia, who was so helpful and friendly, as she expertly guided me through the application process. Within several weeks, North Shore Advisory was successful in removing negative information from my credit report. I ordered my FICO scores and all 3 scores had gone up 100+ points. Trans Union and Equifax were now nearing 700's. My scores had previously been in the low 500's. I was in complete shock that I would have positive results in such short time.
North Shore Advisory did for me what I was unable to do in 10 years. Shortly after, my seller recommended Wells Fargo to obtain an FHA home loan. The entire process, from credit restoration to completing my mortgage application process took less than 8 weeks. I was approved!!!! My interest rate on my mortgage was 5.0%; initially it would have been a 6.5%. I still cannot believe what I have been able to accomplish, from where I was to where I am now. I am thrilled to report that I closed on my house in March and am now a home owner. I even qualified for an American Express and Discover credit card. I never thought it was possible. I was referred to North Shore Advisory, Inc. by a banker who was trying to get an approval for a loan with a very high credit score requirement. My scores needed to be at 780 and they were below a 700.
North Shore fought for my score increased. They not only dealt with the credit bureaus but they went directly to my creditors and put and enormous amount of effort into delivering the highest scores. During the process a creditor closed an account of mine and unbeknownst to me my credit score was compromised because of it. NSA got on the phone with them and made them send a letter of removal to the bureaus. They are highly professional and really know how to navigate through the confusing and frustrating credit scoring systems. They did get me to my score goal in a timely manner and I highly recommend them.

I have spent my whole life trying to do everything right. I have always worked at keeping my credit scores high. Suddenly, a week from closing on the condo of my dreams- out of nowhere comes three items on my credit score. A random three issues that I could have never anticipated. Suddenly my loan is denied and all systems are stopped. In comes Amanda and Tracy, charging in on their white horse fighting for what is right! Due to several inaccuracies, my business credit rating was in shambles. Within a matter of weeks after enlisting the aid of North Shore Advisory, it rose to 92, with no effort on my part. Tracy's presentation was great! It was both informative and useful - I never knew that opening and closing a credit card can decrease my credit score or that someone else's credit information may be on my report. I definitely walked away learning more about my credit score and how to improve it than if I were to research online on my own. Tracy and North Shore Advisory open the black box of credit reporting and fix the errors that our credit reports are sometimes linked with. Credit reports and the scoring models are not exactly the most transparent of things. They are complicated, counter-intuitive and frustrating. Tracy gives us the insight we need to keep errors in check and increase our credit scores.

From day one NSA were total professionals. They explained everything clearly, including how the credit reporting system works. They were experts at negotiating with the credit bureaus and extremely tenacious and effective at removing irregularities and inaccuracies in my history. My credit was dead and they resurrected it, raising my credit score significantly. Their rates were fair and they only asked for payment on successful results. I would refer them to anyone!

North Shore Advisory was referred to me by a loan officer who told me I had a long and extensive battle to fight. I had been unemployed three times, got divorced and lost my home while attending several (3) court cases. I became homeless and had no other choice than to be at the mercy of others. I didn't want to file bankruptcy because I had every intention of paying all my debt. However, creditors could care less about your financial and emotional stress. They just want their money.
The professionalism and caring you get from North Shore is impossible to find anywhere else. I have been fully independent all my life. I took care of myself, my family, and anyone else who needed me. After the severe emotional stress I had gone through, I finally accepted that I needed someone to help me so that I could take care of a mess (credit scores) that I had somewhat thought was hopeless. They became my voice when I had no strength to deal with any more trauma. If anyone knows what they're doing, it's North Shore Advisory.

I found North Shore Advisory, Inc. from the internet and decided to hire them to improve my company's Dun and Bradstreet credit scores. NSA successfully increased our Paydex Score from a 72 to an 80. Throughout the process there were new complications with our Vendors and there was no extra charge. We were updated consistently on our status and given information on what our role should be in the improvement of our score. NSA continued to work on our business credit well after they achieved the increase in our score. The follow up and customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Tracy and North Shore Advisory are amazing. Not only did they
help me fix my credit report, they also went way beyond to explain the
intricacies of credit reports, how to get higher scores: invaluable
advice you never read anywhere. The level of customer service is
impressive: I always got an answer right away, they regularly followed
up and kept me updated, Tracy and her team helped by calling all the
places that needed to be called, and they always went much further than
they had to to make my life easier (and get my credit rating where it
needed to be). I highly recommend them to anyone with credit
report worries.

This is to notify you that I no longer have a need for your credit restoration services. Thanks to your help, my mortgage application has been approved, and I will be moving into my new home next month. Let me take this opportunity to state that I am favorably impressed with your company and the services that you provide. In less than nine months, you managed to transform my credit report from embarrassing to outstanding, all within a fee structure that was both reasonable and fair. I was recently able to obtain a substantial mortgage at a competitive interest rate with no hassles. The bank even stated that my credit was “excellent”. This was certainly not so before we started working together. I received a letter from Trans Union about halfway through this process stating that “credit repair services…may be deceiving customers and…misrepresenting services.” If such credit repair services exist, North Shore Advisory is definitely not one of them. As far as I’m concerned, Trans Union is deceptive, and North Shore Advisory has represented my best interests extremely well, all at a relatively small cost to me. Please feel free to use me as a reference to any potential clients who may be questionable about your services. I am one for your success stories! Thanks again!

I have to say I was quite leery when I first started this process, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the results to date.
