I was referred to Tracy Becker and North Shore Advisory by my mortgage banker found an erroneous but very damaging entry on my credit reports which resulted in a substantial lowering of my score. Tracy not only gave me excellent practical advice on how to resolve the problem, which I was able to do, but she responded to many questions virtually immediately and with clear, helpful answers. Tracy is a pleasure to work with and really knows her stuff. Anybody who needs help with a credit issue should definitely work with Tracy and Northshore.

Thanks so much Tracy for the update. By the way, J's score came back with a 711 and I am thrilled. Thanks so much for your help. I am writing his loan on Monday...Now here's hoping the appraisal comes in. I will run C's credit on Tuesday and circle back to you with the results. I am hopeful that I will be able to bring you into a few company lunch and learns that I am planning to do. I can't thank you enough for your professioanl advice and service to my clients. Tracy and North Shore Advisory are amazing.  Not only did they help me fix my credit report, they also went way beyond to explain the intricacies of credit reports, how to get higher scores: invaluable advice you never read anywhere. The level of customer service is impressive: I always got an answer right away, they regularly followed up and kept me updated, Tracy and her team helped by calling all the places that needed to be called, and they always went much further than they had to make my life easier (and get my credit rating where it needed to be).  I highly recommend them to anyone with credit report worries.

Peter, I just ran Z’s credit report. Her scores are   741---712---750  WOW !   Tracy & her team did a fabulous job.  Now we can get started on your underwriter preapproval.   With her mid score of 741 and your Premier status, you'll be able to use all the best mortgage programs at HSBC!

This is to notify you that I no longer have a need for your credit restoration services. Thanks to your help, my mortgage application has been approved, and I will be moving into my new home next month.   Let me take this opportunity to state that I am favorably impressed with your company and the services that you provide. In less than nine months, you managed to transform my credit report from embarrassing to outstanding, all within a fee structure that was both reasonable and fair. I was recently able to obtain a substantial mortgage at a competitive interest rate with no hassles. The bank even stated that my credit was “excellent”. This was certainly not so before we started working together. I received a letter from Trans Union about halfway through this process stating that “credit repair services…may be deceiving customers and…misrepresenting services”. If such credit repair services exist, North Shore Advisory is definitely not one of them. As far as I’m concerned, Trans Union is deceptive, and North Shore Advisory has represented my best interests extremely well, all at a relatively small cost to me. Please feel free to use me as a reference to any potential clients who may be questionsable about your services. I am one for your success stories! Thanks again!

Most recently, I was able to refinance my mortgage from 14% to under 8% and applied and received a Gold American Express Card (even though I have a very high income I know they are very conservative when it comes to your credit rating).
