Her responsibilities include teaching and training of all Credit Specialists as well as managing the day-to-day operation of the business. Her special talent lies in her ability to explain in detail information shown on credit reports.

Cynthia Trivino serves as the top Technical Credit Specialist, she oversees all details of each file and helps other specialists to problem solve?. It is her responsibility to update clients as they go through the process of Credit Restoration. Her analytical ability and communication skills are essential in providing clients and other specialists with the feedback they need to reach their credit score goals. Fluent in Spanish, Cynthia is deeply involved in the Spanish communities and the professionals who serve them.
